in response to anitra, her hair was jet black and i explained she WOULD NOT achieve her desired results in one appointment, however she insisted we try. after assuring her it would damage her hair, she adamitly insisted we proceed. that is when i should have stopped. he call was returned and voicemail left for her to seek more atttention from me at no cost to her.

Do not go here! I went to Blaine asking if my highlighted but previously black hair could be highlighted/colored blonde and during a consultation he looked at my hair & assured me he could do it. I wanted to know if it could be accomplished in one process & he said it would, even though it may not be quite as light as I wanted. "You will definitely walk out of here a blonde". I left with darker hair than I went in with & a lot of it fell out. My hair is like straw now and extremely damaged, no matter what products I use. I have gone through this process of coloring before and no one has ever allowed my hair to get damaged other than what could normally be expected from using bleach. He also charged me $200 knowing I was unhappy. I called him back to voice my concerns about the damage and he never even returned my call. The very least he could have done was provide a deep treatment to try to save my hair.

WOW, what a great experience. Blaine is very confident and professional I couldn't believe I wasn't in Beverly Hills. And a hand made apple martini to make my hair color service even more relaxing. Most of all, he just took 1 hour to do a haircut and color...this guy knows hair...
