Just got back from spending $225 on a hot stone massage that left me burned in the middle of my back and a color job on my hair that I had clean up the color around my hairline when I got home. All the salon did for my burned back was put some ointment on it and told me to call if it gets worse, but the manager isn't going to be in until Tuesday! For such an upscale salon/spa, the service and 'U' in Zazu was neglected. During the massage I told the masseuse that my back was burning and she said, 'you just have sensitive skin'. Now I have a big red burn mark on my back. It wasn't relaxing as I could hear conversations in other rooms going on. I have had massages before and this was a total waste of money. What was suppose to be relaxing turned out to a $225 stressful trip. Avoid throwing your money away on this place.
