"Reasonablty priced for an upscale salon. Customers are unfortunately waiting for more than a hour ON AVERAGE to just get the pretreatment ( i.e. hair washed, based for perms, rinces..etc) then a varying amount of time before seen by stylist. I was a frequent patron so I can honestly attest that the wait was always long. A very frustrating experience for somone who frequents the salon more often than others. "
